I would describe my photography as a blend of classic and artistic imagery. In my approach to wedding photography, I am always ready to offer direction when needed, ensuring that every important shot is captured. However, whenever direction is not needed, I seek to create a relaxed environment to encourage candid moments as much as possible! I thrive working with couples who are excited about photography, as this quality allows for a truly unique and joyful portrayal of your relationship together!

Hi! I’m Jessie Walker Drudy, and I’m so glad you’re here!
I specialize in weddings, couples, families, maternity and now offering boudoir. I am currently based in Virginia Beach, VA but I Serve All of Virginia and willing to travel!
When I’m not photographing weddings, you’ll usually find me a local coffee shop with a mom friend aka running after our wild kiddos or watching some sort of sporting event with my husband! Our two dogs are considered a part of our family and I truly enjoy when my clients bring their own dogs (or cats because we don't discriminate) to their sessions or incorporate them in details at weddings!
I've been doing this for more than a decade and I'm still obsessed with the joy I witness on my clients’ biggest days.
My clients don't leave with a stack of posed portraits. They leave with little slices of real life — the looks, the laughs, the moments nobody else noticed because they were too busy celebrating or fully taking it all in.
That’s the mission, and it starts well before your session or wedding day. I’m not here to be a stranger behind a lens, I’m here to help capture the story you’ll be telling for years to come!

I started this business 11 years ago because I believe weddings deserve to be captured with care and felt - not just documented. My grandmother was the one who first saw it in me—long before I saw it in myself, she told me I had such a creative eye and that I should share my talents. That belief stuck with me, and it’s part of why I do this work today: to see people the way she saw me, with warmth and attention.
Every event holds dozens of small, fleeting moments—the look on a parent’s face during a first dance, the laughter shared between friends, the quiet seconds before everything begins—and my job is to make sure those moments aren’t lost. My approach is relaxed and unobtrusive. I want you to enjoy your day fully, without feeling like you’re performing for a camera. I spend time getting to know you a little more beforehand, so on the day itself, I’m not a stranger with a lens—I’m someone you trust to be there, quietly capturing the real thing!
